In an attempt to keep my mind on the “future” and the “rest of my life”, I’ve been using College Board a lot recently. My PSAT scores were decent(I guess?), but that alone won’t guarantee any possibility of denial or acceptance. I know I have about 200+ volunteer hours - or close - and plan to continue volunteering throughout high school, getting just around 400 total hopefully.
Milligan is also planning to give me info on a research program at UW and if I can get into that, that would be awesome. If not that, then I can ask Victoria about the bioengineering organization that came to school during the biocafe around November. The representative said there was an internship available. Essays for the colleges in mind will be faced during senior year; no senioritis for me! Also no sports or activities that can ruin my chances or inhibit my chances, meaning I can’t commit a crime against these wretched beasts at school.
I need to request AP classes next year; AP Environmental Sciences and Chem sound challenging and dense. If I do not do well in those by the end of the first quarter, I should switch back into Chemistry.
Aaaaand despite my father’s insistence at staying home, I will be doing track this season!
Hm, or maybe I’ll just live off a mountain and resent the world and live in my own world of beliefs and amazingness.
